After announcing the release date of Durgamati, actor Akshay Kumar drops an intense and intriguing motion poster from the forthcoming horror-thriller, and also confirms that the trailer for the film will be out tomorrow.
Akshay Kumar has turned producer for Durgamati, starring Bhumi Pednekar in the lead role, along with an incredible ensemble of Arshad Warsi, Jisshu Sen Gupta, Mahie Gill and Karan Kapadia.

Durgamati is a horror-thriller film directed by G. Ashok, which is a remake of his own 2018 Telugu Tamil film Bhaagamathie and starring Bhumi Pedneker as an IAS officer. The film is produced by Bhushan Kumar Akshay Kumar and Vikram Malhotra under the T-Series Cape of Good Films and Abundantia Entertainment.
Durgamati follows a woman imprisoned in a haunted house while being interrogated in a corruption case. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the film will be available to stream worldwide from 11 December 2020 on Amazon Prime Video.
