2020 has been a treat for Aditya Roy Kapur's fans as this year the actor had three releases. Usually the actor is very choosy about his films but this year he was seen in 'Malang', 'Sadak 2' and the latest release 'Ludo'.
The actor who turns 35 today has a special surprise for his fans on his birthday. His next action film 'Om- The Battle Within' has been announced on his special day.
The official handle of ZEE Studios confirmed the film to mark actor’s birthday special. It said, “On the occasion of #AdityaRoyKapur's birthday, we present to you '#Om - The Battle Within' produced by @ZeeStudios_, @khan_ahmedasas, and @shairaahmedkhan, directed by @itskapilverma. We are ecstatic to start shooting for this in December and release it in the second half of 2021 #HappyBirthdayAdityaRoyKapur @PaperdollEnt”
The film which is titled as 'Om- The Battle Within' will star ADITYA in lead role and it will be an action entertainer. Kapil Verma will be directing the film. The film will start rolling next month and will be a 2021 release. It is being produced by Zee Studios, Ahmed Khan and Shaira Khan. Nothing more about the film has been disclosed.
Aditya started his career as a VJ and it was with the film 'London Dreams'in 2009 that he made his bollywood debut. Since 2009 he has been only seen doing majorly one film a year but this year has been a great success for him as he had three releases.
He is garnering good response for his latest release 'Ludo' which is directed by Anurag Basu. It is an Indian anthology dark comedy crime film which is produced by T Series and Anurag Basu Productions. The film is a story about four people who live in a metro city and how there lives intersect with each other. It is currently streaming on Netflix.
