Today the Dhoom actor shared his love for healthy food on social media. The Satyamev Jayate actor posted a picture of his in which he is seen having high protein breakfast, the crushed eggs.

Taking a dig more into his appetite, John Abraham prefers to keep his lunch and dinner light. He believes in finishing his dinner before 9 pm. According to the reports he has not consumed aerated drinks in the last twenty years. John also keeps cheating meals at bay. Apparently, he abides by a healthy way of eating although he craves Parsi food. His meals consist of constituents like protein, carbohydrates, and fatty acids. He also reportedly has his meals after a break of three hours.
On the work front, John will be seen in ‘Satyameva Jayate 2’. It is an upcoming vigilante action film directed by Milap Zaveri and produced by Bhushan Kumar and Nikhil Advani. A sequel of the 2018 film ‘Satyameva Jayate’, the film also features Divya Khosla Kumar. The concept is based on the fight against injustice and misuse of power.
The film is slated to be released on 12 May 2021.
