About the movie Chhalaang, it is the story of Montu, a Physical Education Teacher (PET master) at a government school in a Haryana town. Rajkummar Rao plays Montu, the PET, who is lazy and not passionate about teaching students.
Montu's life is going smoothly as a PET until he finds competition for his post in Singh Sir, played by Mohammad Zeeshan Ayyub. Montu then decides to buckle up and fight for his job. In his quest to save his job, the PET master gets support from Neelima ma'am, played by Nushrat Bharucha, who teaches Computer in the same school.
