Remixes are back in trend. Old superhit songs from the 90'S are being recreated for new films and they are once again creating history. Everyone remembers Mika's famous song 'Saawan Mein Lag Gayi Aag, the song was super-hit then and is now being used in the upcoming film 'Ginny Weds Sunny'.
Audience is once again grooving to the tunes of the song and the actress Yami Gautam shared the making of the song which shows the team had a gala time shooting it!
Sharing the video of the making of the song, Yami wrote, "The party is always on fire with this bunch (fire emoji) #GinnyWedsSunny premieres on 9th October only on Netflix."
The song which was originally sung, composed and written by Mika Singh features Yami and Vikrant along with Mika, Badshah and Neha Kakkar. These three have sung the recreated version. The music has been recreated by Payal Dev and penned by Mohsin Shaikh, Payal Dev and Badshah. Choreography of the song is done by Ganesh Acharya.
Yami and Vikrant's sizzling chemistry was anyway attracting the audience, Mika, Badshah and Neha have added fire to the song. This is the first time that Badshah and Mika have together collaborated for a song.
Ginny Weds Sunny' is a romantic comedy featuring Yami and Vikrant Massey in lead roles. It is directed by debutant Puneet Khanna and produced by Vinod Bachchan. The film revolves around two characters Ginny played by Yami and Sunny played by Vikrant who meet for an arrange marriage, but Ginny turns down the offer. Eventually Sunny teams up with Ginny's mother to win her love.
The film will make its premiere on Netflix on 9th October.
