After the massive hit Aashram, the OTT giant MX Player is out with yet another thrilling ride, High, the first official trailer of multi-starrer series is out.
The official handle of MX Player dropped the trailer on social media. They captioned it, “Kya hai yeh Magic?! The chase for the new ‘High’ in town begins 7th October. Directed by Nikhil Rao, the series stars Akshay Oberoi, Ranvir Shorey, Mrinmayee Godbole, Shweta Basu Prasad, Kunal Naik, Prakash Belawadi, Nakul Bhalla, Mantra and Madhur Mittal.
The series revolves around Shiv Mathur (Akshay Oberoi) who is an addict struggling to get a grip on his life and eventually finds himself in a rehab facility. The rehab is run by Doctor Roy (Prakash Belawadi) and two other junior doctors, Shweta (Shweta Basu Prasad) and Nakul (Nakul Bhalla), who are working on a mysterious compound, which kills the dependency of drugs.
This magical pill seems to have an edge above all; but is this miracle drug worth dying for?
The existence and sampling of this pill creates the biggest disruption in the illegal drugs market and manages to grab the attention of a professional assassin – Lakda (Ranvir Shorey), local gangsters and politicians.
The chase for the new ‘High’ in town begins 7th October.
