Angad Bedi Celebrates 4 Years Of Pink, Says The Film Changed My Life

Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury directorial and bankrolled by Shoojit Sircar, social drama Pink, starring Amitabh Bachchan, Taapsee Pannu, Kriti Kulhari and Angad Bedi in the lead role took the nation by storm in 2016.

Actor Angad Bedi who played the main protagonist in the film, just took to his social media profile and wrote a heartfelt note.

The film also starred Andrea Tariang, Tushar Pandey, Piyush Mishra, and Dhritiman Chatterjee. The film received widespread critical acclaim, and garnered the National Film Award for Best Film on Other Social Issues. The film was specially screened for the Rajasthan Police so as to train them to be sensitive and sensible about women's rights and dignity. The film was also specially screened at Rashtrapati Bhavan and invited for a screening at the United Nations headquarters in New York City.

Meanwhile on the work front, Angad Bedi was last seen Netflix original Gunjan Saxena. Next he will be seen in Ekta Kapoor's web series MumBhai.

Angad Bedi will be seen playing the role of a badass cop named Bhasker Shetty. The story is set in the nineties.

Bedi playing the character of an encounter specialist along with Sikander Kher, who will portray the role of an underworld don. Actress Sandeepa Dhar is also part of the series.
