Guwahati: Former Gauhati University Professor Krishnagopal Bhattacharya, one of the two conveners of the Assam Advisory Committee (AAC) addresses a press conference announcing the formation of a new party — the Assam Jatiya Parishad (AJP) — with the coming together of two of the state’s most powerful students’ organisations, in Guwahati on Sep 14, 2020.
