Amazon Prime is adding new films to its menu everyday so that the audience can have variety to choose from. Be it romantic, comedy, thriller or action, you name it and they have a list of films in each genre to offer their audience. Their latest addition is Deepika Padukone and Imran Khan starrer film 'Break Ke Baad'.
'Break Ke Baad' was released in the year 2010 and it is a romantic comedy directed by Danish Aslam and produced by Kunal Kohli. Film starred Deepika and Imran in lead roles.
The official synopsis of the film goes, "Childhood friends Abhay and Aaliya experience plenty of obstacles in their paths as they find their way in the world and back to each other." The film opened to mix reviews from the critics.
Deepika and Imran's chemistry in the film was loved by the audience. The film also starred Sharmila Tagore and it was veteran actor Navin Nischol's last film before his death. The film is now streaming on Amazon Prime.
Meanwhile, on the work front, audience is excitedly waiting to see Deepika playing Ranveer's wife in the film '83. She will be seen playing the role of Romi Bhatia, Kapil Dev's wife in the film while Ranveer will be essaying the role of Kapil Dev in the much awaited film which will focus on the country's incredible cricket World Cup victory in 1983.
The film also stars Saqib Saleem, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Ammy Virk, Harrdy Sandhu, Jiiva, Pankaj Tripathi, Boman Irani, Sahil Khattar, Nishant Dahiya and Amrita Puri.
Imran was last seen in the film 'Katti Batti' opposite Kangana Ranaut in the year 2015.
