After being the only Hindi movie screened at the International Indian Film Festival Toronto on 15th August, superstar Hrithik Roshan starrer Super 30 has re-released in USA.
The USA market has opened up and four Hindi movies (Simmba, Saandh Ki Aankh, Golmaal Again) including Super 30 had its re-release.
The official handle of Reliance Entertainment confirmed the news. The biographical drama film was directed by Vikas Bahl and co-produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, narrating the life of mathematics educator Anand Kumar and his educational program of the same name.
The film starred Hrithik Roshan as Anand, with Mrunal Thakur, Virendra Saxena, Pankaj Tripathi, Aditya Srivastava and Amit Sadh in lead roles.
The movie received positive to mixed reviews, but with some praise for the storyline and Roshan's performance. With worldwide earnings of ₹208.93 crore (US$29 million), the film emerged as one of the highest grossing Bollywood film of 2019.
Meanwhile on the work front, post Super 30, Roshan next starred alongside Tiger Shroff in Yash Raj Films' War, an action thriller which emerged as his highest-grossing release. He will also appear in the fourth instalment of the Krrish series — superhero film Krrish 4 expected to release in Christmas 2020.
