Actor John Abraham will be seen playing an extended cameo in Kaashive Nair’s directorial cross-border romance, which also stars Arjun Kapoor and Rakul Preet Singh in lead roles.
John talking about his role said, “When I heard the script, I instantly knew that this would be a special part, and when Kaashvie suggested I play it, it was difficult to refuse”
The cross border romance is still untitled, it’s a love story spanning three generation, starting in 1947 and continuing till 2020. The film is helmed by Kaashvie Nair and bankrolled by Bhushan Kumar, Divya Khosla Kumar, Krishan Kumar (T-Series) along with Monisha Advani, Madhu Bhojwani, Nikkhil Advani (Emmay Entertainment), and John Abraham (JA Entertainment).
Actor John Abraham will be returning to work after a five months long break with the film is also producing the untitled project quips that he is excited to get back to work but as producer following all the precautionary majors for everyone.
Sharing on the same John said, “The team has taken extreme care, following all the SOPs, issued by the ministries and the concerned authorities. As a producer, it’s important for me to look out for our cast and crew,”
It also features Aditi Rao Hydari in the supporting role. She plays John’s love interest and the younger version of Neena’s character, Arjun’s grandmother. The duo will be shooting for their part for a week during this indoor schedule. They will then reunite awith the team for a brief outdoor in October.
