Earlier today, there were rumors that Nani's 'V' would be releasing directly on Amazon Prime after the digital streaming giant bagged the rights for roughly Rs 33 crores.
However, new reports suggest that the makers of V are against a direct OTT release.
Reportedly, Dil Raju who produced V wants to give the film a theatrical release and says any rumors claiming otherwise are purely media speculations.
Dil Raju is aiming Christmas release for V and he will be taking the final call based on the situation at that point in time.
'V' was directed by Mohankrishna Indraganti. It has Nani and Sudheer Babu in the lead roles.
