The actor shared the news with his fans.
Kunal Khemu who is currently basking in the success of his latest release 'Lootcase' shared the news with his fans and wrote, " Abhay Season 2 premiers on the 14th August. Trailer coming soon!! Super excited to share it with you guys. @zee5premium #Abhay2"
The first season of Abhay revolved around the life of Abhay played by Kunal, an investigation officer who was in a race to save two school kids, Raghu and Pooja. In the second season, Abhay will be again seen solving a case. He understands the criminal's mindset but also struggles with his personal demons. Will he be able to battle against his personal demons while solving the case, forms the crux of season2.
Abhay 2 features Kunal Khemu, Asha Negi, Nidhi Singh, Ram Kapoor, Chunkey Pandey, Bidita Bag, Indraneil SenGupta, Asheema Vardhan and Raghav Juyal. Ram Kapoor and Chunky Pandey will be seen in negative roles and their characters have already been revealed with small teasers. Even Raghav Juyal will be seen in a negative avatar for the first time.
The show has been directed by Ken Ghosh and produced by BP Singh's Firefly Productions. Trailer of the show will be out soon.
The show will premiere on ZEE5 on August 14.
