Acclaimed singer, SP Balasubramaniam, fondly known as SPB has tested positive for coronavirus, say latest reports.
SPB has been apparently exhibiting coronavirus symptoms for a few days and got himself tested for coronavirus recently. His test results came out positive.
The noted music artist is currently being tested at a private hospital in Chennai. He is showing mild symptoms.
Reportedly, Balasubramaniam's sister, SP Sailaja also got herself tested for Covid-19 and her results are yet to come out.
Balasubramaniam urged all those who met him recently to get themselves tested for Covid-19.
Yesterday, another noted Telugu singer Smitha had confirmed that she and her husband had contracted the virus.
