Abhishek Bachchan shares his medical chart; hopes to get discharge from hospital

Actor Abhishek Bachchan, who has been undergoing treatment for Covid-19 at the Nanavati hospital for over three weeks, has shared his medical chart which clearly states that he is not going to be discharged anytime soon.

Sharing the picture of his medical chart on his Instagram handle, Abhishek wrote, “Hospital day :26

Discharge plan: NO! 😡 Come on Bachchan, you can do it!! 💪🏽 #believe”

In the chart, staff of Nanavati hospital has written medical details of Abhishek Bachchan. It has also mentioned that he has been admitted in the hospital since last 26 days and there are no plans of ‘Yuva’ actor’s discharge from the hospital.

As soon as Abhishek posted the picture, celebrities like Shilpa Shetty Kundra, Zoya Akhtar, Anil Kapoor, Neetu Singh, Nimrat Kaur, Nargis Fakhri, Abhimanya Dassani, Isha Deol, Bunty Walia and Ritiesh Deshmukh wished him speedy recovery in the comment section.

On July 11, both Abhishek and his father Amitabh Bachchan were admitted to the Mumbai hospital for testing COVID-19 positive. After over three weeks, Amitabh Bachchan tested negative and returned home on August 3.

Abhishek's wife Aishwarya was also briefly in the hospital and returned home on July 27 after testing negative for the virus. Their eight-year-old daughter, who also tested positive, also recovered and returned home with Aishwarya. Amitabh Bachchan's wife Jaya Bachchan tested negative.

Recently, Abhishek made his debut on digital platform with web series titled ‘Breathe: Into the Shadows’ which also starred Amit Sadh and Nithya Menen.

On film front, Abhishek next will be seen in Anurag Basu’s ‘Ludo’, Kookie Gulati’s ‘The Big Bull’ and Diya Annapurna Ghosh’s ‘Bob Biswas’.
