Kaniz Rabbi is known for her passion for blogging apart from being a fitness enthusiast. She strongly stood for women empowerment with her mission - to make women, especially mothers fit (both emotionally & physically) during these times. During the lockdown, she decided to make the most of her time by coming out with something compassionate, tangible, and value-adding. She made a conscious effort to dedicate her time to reaching out to women & mothers to help them navigate through different issues that they experience or are going through. She picked up some of these challenges faced and help them in addressing in a simple & practical yet effective manner.
Being a mother of two boys and one amongst eight sisters, she has a deep understanding of issues faced by women & mothers. She, through her series of live sessions with women experts from different professions and successful careers, helped her viewers to gain from their immense knowledge, long experience, and expertise in their profession. This series was named "Connect in Crisis" reflecting her endeavor to help women connect with these experts during the pandemic. She interviewed and provided a medium for the viewers to interact and ask questions from psychologists, health and fitness experts, yoga & wellness experts, life coaches, celebrity makeup specialists, women entrepreneurs, bakers, models, actresses, bollywood singers, homemakers, and even cancer survivors. The key value behind this series "connect in crisis" was to motivate everyone with their stories. The live sessions with these experts helped her inspire many of the viewers and in the true essence live by “women empowerment”.
Thanks to this series and inspirational stories from these live sessions that these experts shared with Kaniz played a big role in keeping everyone engaged in these times. Her live sessions and interactions helped her applaud women and their achievements. In these times, when one is socially isolated, her program “connect in crisis” helped many women feel their power and make a difference at their homes, families, and society at large. These efforts have been acknowledged and appreciated by her followers. She will continue with her endeavor through live sessions and other mediums to speak up and engage in issues centered around women & mothers.
