Meanwhile, on the work front, Sharad will be seen in ‘Bhuj: The Pride of India’ Starring Ajay Devgn in the lead role, the film is based on the Indo-Pak war of 1971. Ajay Devgn plays the role of Squadron Leader Vijay Karnik in the film.
The film also stars Sanjay Dutt and Sonakshi Sinha. Directed by Abhishek Dudhaiya, the film will soon premiere on Disney+Hotstar.
During the 1971 Indo-Pak war, the IAF airstrip at Bhuj was destroyed in combat. Subsequently, 300 local women led by IAF squadron leader Vijay Karnik heroically toiled day in and day out to reconstruct the airbase.
