Netflix India drops the dark, intense and gripping trailer of forthcoming OTT release, Raat Akeli Hai, starring Radhika Apte and Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
'Raat Akeli' Hai is a crime thriller directed by Honey Trehan. The film revolves around the life of a tough cop who gets to investigate a high profile murder in a small town. As he gets engulfed into his investigation, he realises there's more to what meets his eyes.
Netflix India dropped the trailer on social media. They captioned it, “Remember how everyone says family comes first? Nawaz plays a policeman named Jatil Yadav, who is assigned to investigate the murder of a wealthy landlord. The moment he sets foot in the man’s old house, it is clear that there something sinister is afoot, and that each member of the family is hiding something.
Trailer of the film looks quite promising and Nawaz once again proves he is an actor par excellence. Radhika is at her best as usual.
The film also stars Aditya Srivastava, Ila Arun, Tigmanshu Dhulia, Shweta Tripathi, Nishant Dahiya, Khalid Tyabji and Shivani Raghuvanshi. The film is produced by Ronnie Screwvala.
Raat Akeli Hai will stream only on Netflix from 31 July.
