Actor Rajkummar Rao getting nostalgic shared his favorite song ‘Beparwah’ from his film ’Shahid’. Taking to his Instagram handle the ‘Kai Poche’ actor penned down a few lines and shared the song. Adding to it he also urged his fans to watch the beautiful song, if they haven’t.
The soulful song is sung by Arijit Singh and music composed by Karan Kulkarni while lyrics of Shellee. It features Rajkumar Rao.
Sharing the song, Rajkummar captioned his post, “Love this song. For those, who haven’t heard this beautiful track from #Shahid #beparwah @hansalmehta”
About the film, Shahid was released in 2013. It is a biographical drama film directed by Hansal Mehta. The film was jointly produced by Anurag Kashyap, UTV Spotboy and Sunil Bohra. It is based on the life of lawyer and human rights activist Shahid Azmi, who was assassinated in 2010. The film stars Rajkummar Rao in the titular role, Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub, Prabhleen Sandhu, and Baljinder Kaur appears in supporting roles.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Rajkumar will be seen in ‘Chhalaang’. It is a social black comedy film directed by Hansal Mehta starring Nushrat Bharucha along with Rajkumar.
It is produced by Ajay Devgn, Luv Ranjan, Ankur Garg, and Bhushan Kumar. The plot is set in a small town of Uttar Pradesh. Due to corona-virus pandemic release date are still not finalized.
