Television actress Asha Negi shares some tips and suggestions for the lockdown. She insisted that people rather than running out, should fight one’s inner self and stay positive. The actress also felt pity for the helpless and poor migrants. She urged the nation to help these travellers in any way they can.
Asha speaking on the same said, “A lot of stuff is going in people’s minds nowadays. They are so stressed out that they feel like crying the whole day. I think whatever emotions you have let it come out. If you want to cry, cry. But then you should not get stuck also with those emotions. Try to come out and get evolved with things you like. Because this is a difficult time for everyone. So do meditation, post something good on social media, try escaping going out, and find happiness at home. Even Universe wants us to get involved in small small things that give us happiness, rather than running out. We have to fight with ourselves and our emotions. Slowly slowly everything will be back to normal, keep patience.”
Feeling lucky to be home and safe amid lockdown, Asha said,” We, people, are lucky that at least we are at home and are safe. We have all our groceries and basic utilities at home. But there are people who are walking miles just to reach their homes. They don’t even have food to eat and nor they have money to buy. Even there are many people who are stuck over here helpless. I think we should help these people in any way we can.”
Meanwhile, on the work front, Asha debuted on the digital space with Baarish last year. The web series, also starring Sharman Joshi, recently released its second season. ‘Baarish - When you are in mood for romance’ is a 2019 web series developed by Ekta Kapoor for video demand platform ALTBalaji & ZEE5. The series stars Asha Negi and Sharman Joshi as protagonists and revolves around their completely opposite personalities and explores their lives.
The series is available for streaming on the ALT Balaji App and its associated websites since its release date.
