Vijay Deverakonda's Dear Comrade did not have the best of runs at the ticket counters. The film is considered as a dud in box office terns. However, the film is getting an arguably better response on YouTube.
Dear Comrade Hindi version, which was released around two months back has clocked 100 million views on YouTube.
Karan Johar was initially interested in remaking Dear Comrade in Hindi, but dropped out later for reasons best known to him. Incidentally, the film is being received well by Hindi audience now.
