Bollywood actor Tanishaa Mukerji is all set to make a comeback on silver-screen after a long time with her forthcoming action thriller Code Name Abdul.
The actress Tanisha will be seen playing the lead in the film 'Code Name Abdul' and the first look poster along with release date for the film is out. The film is directed by Eshwar Gunturu and revolves around a secret mission given to Raw.
Taran Adarsh dropped the deeds on the film on his social media profile. He tweeted, “#TanishaaMukerji...First look poster of spy-thriller #CodeNameAbdul...Directed by Eshwar Gunturu...24 April 2020 release.”
The film revolves around four RAW agents who are sent on a secret mission to manhunt an elusive terrorist. The film also includes a star-cast of Khatera Hakimi, Sumend, Ashok Chaudhry and Akku Kulhari.
Tanisha Mukerji is the daughter of filmmaker Shomu Mukherjee and actress Tanuja Samarth and the younger sister of Bollywood actress Kajol. She made her debut with the Hindi film Sssshhh...in 2003. She had her first hit with Ram Gopal Varma's Sarkar, appearing alongside Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan.
She also was a contestant, and also ended up as the first runner-up on the reality show Bigg Boss 7 in 2012.
