New Delhi, Feb 18 (SocialNews.XYZ) Following the suspension of Park Hotel's fire safety certificate by the Delhi Fire Service, the NDMC has suspended the hotel's health and trade licenses with immediate effect.
On Sunday, the Fire Department had suspended the hotel's No Objection Certificate (NOC) for alleged safety norm violations.
The action had come after a fire erupted in the hotel's basement. At least 11 people were rushed to hospital after the incident which occurred on Saturday.
Initial investigation by the Fire Department revealed that the hotel had failed to satisfy at least 10 regulations, following which notice was served to it.
