Amitabh Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s film Brahmastra has finally got a new release date. Big B dropped the confirmation on release date on his social media profile.

In the picture Alia is seen holding a placard with release date written on it. We can also see Ranbir Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan and director Ayan Mukerji in the picture. The much delayed film is set to hit theatres on December 4 this year.
The official handle of Dharma Productions also dropped a fun video of stars, where they are fighting with Ayan Mukerji over the release dates. They captioned it, “Straight from the source, Brahmāstra releases on 4th December, 2020 in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada. #Brahmastra”
Brahmastra is an upcoming superhero film written and directed by Ayan Mukerji, and produced by Karan Johar. It also stars Mouni Roy and Akkineni Nagarjuna in pivotal roles, Mouni Roy playing the antagonist. It will serve as the first film in a planned trilogy.
Director Ayan Mukherjee revealed that the inspiration behind Actor Ranbir Kapoor's character came from Rumi who also inspired the first look of his character.
The film is scheduled for release on 4 December 2020 in standard formats, 3D, and IMAX.
