It's very important to have good fitness trainer, Says Jacqueline Fernandes.

Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez who is a fitness icon for youth believes that it's very important to have a good fitness trainer. It's a trainer which can upgrade one's fitness. Because they are the ones who have great knowledge about fitness than we.

Expressing her motivation on fitness Jacqueline said, "Things that really matters for good fitness are better energy, better sleep, better skin if you don't take good hours of sleep, nothing will work out. It’s a very important aspect of our health. We do hard workouts, we make abs and look physically good. Trainers makes our goal very precise. It's very important to have a good fitness trainer. It's a trainer which can upgrade one's fitness. Because our  knowledge is not as good as theirs. They study a lot and are day and night into it."

Talking about Pilates festival, Jacqueline said, " It's very important to have such festivals in India. Though the concept is new, but it consists of fun, fitness and community development."

On the work front, Jacqueline will be seen in the upcoming movie 'Attack'. Attack is an action thriller film written-directed by Lakshya Raj Anand, produced by Dheeraj Wadhawan, Ajay Kapoor and John Abraham under the banners Kyta Productions of Wadhawan and Kapoor and JA Entertainment of Abraham. The film also features John Abraham, Rakul Preet in lead roles.
