New Delhi, Jan 20 (SocialNews.XYZ) The 37th edition of the yearly fundraiser ?? 1/2 Spring Food Festival will be held on February 2 at Lajpat Bhawan, New Delhi.
Delicious home-cooked national and international cuisines are the specialities of the festival. It will also feature an extensive Thrift and Gift shop and a huge collection of books at the bookstall.
The funds collected will be used for healthcare and education of the 18 ?? 1/2 Balwadis' (preschools).
The festival is organised by the Sisters Of The People, the women's wing of Servants Of The People Society - Delhi Branch.
Sisters of the People is a valiant group of women who strive to give underprivileged children a good start in life. It runs 18 Balwadis in poor areas around Delhi.
