Content driven performer Ayushmann Khurrana is all set to play a gay man in his next, Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan, a sequel to earlier releases Shubh Mangal Saavdhan. The first look poster of the film is out.
The filmmaker Aanand L Rai dropped the poster on his social media profile and confirmed that the trailer for the same will be out today. Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan is an upcoming romantic comedy drama film. The film, themed on homosexuality, is a quasi-sequel to the 2017 film Shubh Mangal Saavdhan. The film stars Ayushmann Khurrana and Jitendra Kumar, it is written and directed by Hitesh Kewalya and produced by Aanand L. Rai and Bhushan Kumar under their respective banners Colour Yellow Productions and T-Series.
In the film Ayushmann plays Kartik, Jitendra plays Aman. On the poster, Ayushmann is sitting in Jitendra’s lap, who is dressed as a groom and sitting on a throne, as the latter’s family members try to get a hold of them.
The picture also shows Neena Gupta and Gajraj Rao among those trying to stop Ayushmann from spoiling Jitendra’s wedding celebrations.
It is scheduled to be released on 21 February 2020.
