Patna, Jan 15 (SocialNews.XYZ) It was clear and sunny in most parts of Bihar on Wednesday, leading the mercury to improve slightly and bringing some relief after a severe cold spell.
There will be fog in the evening in some areas, the Met said.
The minimum temperature here was recorded at 9.4 degrees Celsius. While the Patna Meteorological Centre said that Bhagalpur recorded a minimum of 9.5, Gaya's 7.4 and Purnia 10 degrees Celsius.
There was also a slight increase in the maximum temperatures recorded. Patna's maximum temperature was expected to hover around 17 degrees Celsius.
The Met has forecast that the bitter cold was likely to get over in about a week. On Friday, light rain may occur in some districts of northwest, north-central and southwest Bihar.
