Another user posted a picture of the NCP putting up over 80 big billboards across Mumbai to celebrate his birthday and wrote that the city NCP unit wanted to turn it into a mega event.
One Twitter user was critical of the former Defence Minister for allegedly misleading the public during the 1993 bombings in Mumbai.
She wrote: "Irony is these politicians have no qualms propagating the Hindu terror theory."
