I used to steal my father and boyfriend’s perfume says Ananya Panday

Actress Ananya Panday, who made her Hindi film debut with ‘Student of The Year 2’, has said that she likes men’s perfume a lot and she revealed that she used to steal perfumes of her actor father Chunky Panday and her boyfriend.

Ananya Panday was interacting with the media at the launch of Fastrack Perfume as their brand ambassador on Monday in Mumbai.

Talking about Fastrack Perfume and her liking towards perfumes, Ananya said, “It’s a unisex perfume and I love wearing men’s perfume. I used to steal my dad’s (Chunky Panday) and my boyfriend’s perfumes as well. What I like about Fastrack perfumes is that not one sentence can define it as fruity, girly or in a certain way. All the senses are so layered and so complex which I think is really cool.”

Sharing her association with Fastrack Perfume as their brand ambassador, Ananya said, “It’s so exciting for me. I think the film (Pati, Patni Aur Woh) has done really well and we are getting a lot of love so, I am in a really happy space. It’s such a big deal for me to be associated with the brand like Fastrack because it’s so iconic. I remember when I was younger I would watch the ads of Fastrack on television and I always found them spicy and exciting. Fastrack is a brand that, I think it’s a mirror image of me because its unfiltered, youthful, crazy and energetic and I feel like that’s how I am as a person.”

When asked Ananya what is style statement, she said, “I feel doing my own things is my style statement.”

When asked Ananya what are qualities she is seeking in her ideal man, she said, “Quite a few things but I think he should smell nice is the first thing and he should make me laugh, that’s the most important for me.”

When asked Ananya which bollywood actor puts her in a trance, she said, “I think Ranveer Singh. I feel he can put anyone in a trance.”

Ananya Panday’s last two releases ‘Student of The Year 2’ and ‘Pati, Patni aur Woh’ has been received well by the audience, when asked Ananya whether she feels that her career has come on a fast track as the brand suggests, she said, “I hope so… I hope that rest of my life is also on a fast track.”

Ananya Panday next will be seen onscreen in supernatural comedy thriller film titled ‘Khaali Peeli’ along with Ishaan Khatter.

It is directed by Maqbool Khan and produced by Ali Abbas Zafar under the banner of Zee Studios. It is an official remake of Telugu film ‘Taxiwala’ (2018) starring Vijay Deverakonda and Priyanka Jawalkar.

‘Khaali Peeli’ is scheduled to be released on 12 June 2020.
