I am very passionate about photography, says Waheeda Rehman.

Veteran actress Waheeda Rehman who, along with the music composer and singer Roop Kumar Rathod launched their book of photography 'Wild Voyage', says that she is very passionate about photography and belives that, to succeed in photography one requires patience, passion and luck.

Waheeda Rehman was interacting with the media on Saturday in Mumbai.

Waheeda Rehman made her debut in the world of photography at the exhibition, Meraki, alongside Urvi Piramal, Roopkumar Rathod, Archana Mariwala and 20 other talented artists. The actress  is a nature lover and wanted to spread awareness of it's beauty through the picture she takes.

When asked on the same, Waheeda said, "I was very passionate about photography. I had been taking pictures for very very long time, but not in a professional manner. After retirement I had lots of time and decided to take my passion more professionally. 
 
Luckily  I met Himanshu Seth. He taught us and took us around wildlife Safari, hence under his guidance we succeeded in capturing breathtaking pictures of wildlife, nature and landscapes. The shots are from various places, from Namibia to Tanzania, Masaimara to Ranthambor."

The earnings obtained from the exhibition will go to charities, handpicked by the artists.
