Actress Daisy Shah who made a debut in Gujarati industry with the movie 'Gujarat 11', says that 'Gujarat 11' was a risk to experiment and execute, because it was totally a new subject.
Daisy Shah was seen interacting with the media on Saturday in Mumbai.
'Gujarat 11' is the first Gujarati sports movie. The film is based on a football crew and Daisy Shah (Divya) will be seen performing the job of a mentor. The movie got the heartwarming response from the audience. Even actor Salman Khan took over his Instagram to share the news with his fans and wished Daisy good luck for her Gujarati debut.
When asked on the same, Daisy said, "The movie 'Gujarat 11' was totally a new subject and it was a risk for us to experiment and excute it, but by god's grace I am contended that people have appreciated the movie to such an extent."
Talking about the experiences of the movie, Daisy commented, "Experience was good, I learnt many new things. I never had any knowledge about football, but now for me conversing on football is like applying butter on the bread."
Discussing about her forthcoming projects, Daisy said, " I am very excited about my forthcoming projects. I am doing two bollywood films in the year 20-20, so future is quite busy for me."
'Gujarat 11' is a sports film, helmed by Jayant Gilatar starring Daisy Shah and Pratik Gandhi in the lead roles. The movie was released on 29th November.
