All four accused in Priyanka Reddy rape case are shot dead by Telangana Police in an Encounter. And now Bollywood celebrities such as Anupam Kher, AR Murguadoss, Manoj Muntashir, Sonali Raut, Pooja Hegde, Kajal Aggarwal and more took to their social media handles and expressed their reactions.
According to initial reports, police took all the four accused to the crime spot to recreate the scene and they were shot dead when they tried to escape.
Lyricist Manoj Muntashir wrote, “The last death sentence for rape was in 2004 when Dhananjay was hung. In last 15 years we have seen 4 lakh rape cases and no single convict has been hanged to death including Nirbahaya convicts. The four accused had been remanded to police custody by a Shadnagar court for seven days, only yesterday.
