Vivek Oberoi was interacting with the media on Wednesday in Mumbai. 'Inside Edge' is a take on the cricketing world. The story shows about the ugly side of cricket, how a game has now become an ugly business. ‘Inside Edge’ season 2 came under the wraps of rumors , just after the release of it’s trailer. Information and Broadcasting minister Prakash Javadekar invited the suggestions for the certification of online content, but director Karan Anshuman believes that, in an era of Internet it is impossible to censor any content.
When asked on the same Vivek said, "There should be no censorship. Censorship is an outdated concept. For a vibrant democracy it’s a negative indication. In fact there should be modern rating system, giving proper guidelines to the viewers.”
Further he added, “If you can vote at the age of 18 and you can choose who will run your country, then you can also choose which film or shows you can watch. We don’t need any outsiders to impose his or her decision on us.”
‘Inside Edge’ season 2 will be streaming on Amazon Prime from 6th December 2019.
