Actor Director Divya Khosla’s recent song “Yaad Piya Ki Aane Lagi” has hit the millions, she shared her view points , that she was in a deep thought that whether she should act or direct after her movie ‘Sanam Re’.

Divya Khosla was interacting with media at the success party of the song,”Yaad Piya Ki Aane Lagi”on Wednesday at Flying Saucer in Mumbai.

Divya Khosla was overwhelmed with the response of the song she said, ”It’s really the love of my audience that I have reached till here. You can’t achieve anything alone, you definitely needs blessings of people. As an actor when you get a chance to do different roles it’s really motivating. I am not that age group girl, the way I am looking in the song and to play the role of a 17 years girl was exciting. The whole concept and visualization was designed by Radhikaji and Vinayji.”

 

Talking about her personal life Divya said “ Everyone has to face struggle,I was very confused whom shall I meet and how should I get an opportunity, because being Bhushan’s wife I can’t go in the industry and ask for work. I am never dependent on Bhushan. We don’t interfere in each   others work, we believe in space. After the doing “Sanam Re “ I was in a deep thought that shall I act or direct. I directed the movie “Yaariyan” which was a big hit, but still from inside I was getting a feeling that if I want to act I should act now.”

Remembering her old days she told media “I don’t feel hurt if anybody criticizes me for my work, because when I came to Mumbai I didn’t know anything nor acting nor direction. I have learnt so many things on screen and off screen. it’s all the love and support of my fans I have reached till here.”

She was feeling on top of the world when asked regarding her upcoming movie “Satyamev Jayate 2”,she said,” I am very happy that the full team of hit film “Marjaavan” is collaborating again. I am so pleased that my role in the short film “Bulbul” was really appreciated by Milap Zaveri, Nikhil Advani and John Abraham. I am thankful to John for giving me a chance to work with him in a lead role.”
