Alexander Vindman says he reported concerns “out of a sense of duty” (Video)

         Army Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, who is the top expert on Ukraine on the National Security Council, said what he heard on the July 25 call between President Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky was "inappropriate." He said he reported his concerns to the top lawyer at the NSC "out of a sense of duty," believing there were "significant national security implications for our country."
