Bollywood Diva Parineeti Chopra is prepping hard for her upcoming film, a biopic on Indian ace Badminton champion Saina Nehwal. During the prep and shoot, the actress sprained and injured her neck.
Parineeti Chopra is doing all the rigorous activities including gymming, practising in net among others to get into the shoes of Saina Nehwal for the film. The actress posted a picture of herself, which showed she has suffered an injury in her neck during the shoot.
She captioned it, “Dude. Me and the entire team of Saina have been taking so much care that I shouldn't get an injury, but s**t happens! Will rest it as much as I can before I can start playing badminton again...#SainaNehwalBiopic"
In the picture shared by the Daawat-e-Ishq actress, a blue neck bandage is seen stuck to her back and running behind her ears. She is seen seated on a floor after the injury.
Saina is directed by Amole Gupte and produced by Bhushan Kumar. The film is slated to release early 2020.
Apart from Saina Biopic, Parineeti Chopra is also busy with The Girl On The Train and Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar.
The Girl on The Train is a mystery thriller drama film directed by Ribhu Dasgupta and produced under the banner of Reliance Entertainment. The film is a remake of the 2016 American film of the same name, in turn based on British author Paula Hawkins' 2015 novel of the same name.
