According to the latest reports, Nani's Gang Leader has collected a distributor share of Rs 4.5 crores in its opening day, which is a pretty decent number.
The film garnered mixed reviews but the word of mouth is strong enough to give it a solid enough opening weekend.
The film's theatrical rights are valued at Rs 29 crores. So, it needs to hold well even on weekdays if it is to be termed as a hit in box office terms.
The ticket bookings in multiplexes for second day are very encouraging.
