Far Eastern: Mumbai girl Aarohi Pandit, currently on a global flight in a small plane, on Wednesday created history by becoming the first woman pilot to cross both Atlantic Ocean and Pacific Ocean solo in a Light Sports Aircraft, on Aug 21, 2019. Flying from Unilalakleet, Alaska across the Pacific Ocean, she landed safely at the Anadyr Airport, Chukhotka Far East region of Russia at 01.54 am in two legs, with a stopover a Nome.
