“One nation, one nishan, one bidhan and one pradhan, Shyam Prasad Mookerjee had said decades ago, and the Bharatiya Janata Party realised his dream,” Mr. Laxman added.
But here, the martyrs of Telangana liberation remain ignored and insulted, as the government does not want to observe September 17, the Telangana Liberation Day, for political reasons, he said. “It is time Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao woke up. The State BJP will not keep silent,” Mr. Laxman warned.
