New Delhi, Aug 2 (IANS) Aam Aadmi Party's Karawal Nagar MLA Kapil Mishra has been disqualified as a member of the Assembly.
The disqualification takes effect from January 1, the Assembly order reads.
"Consequently the Karawal Nagar Assembly constituency seat has fallen vacant," it said.
