Tamil superstar Vijay scored a blockbuster with Kaththi. The social drama was later remade in Telugu as Khaidi 150, which marked the comeback of Megastar Chiranjeevi.
Now, Kaththi is set to be remade in Bollywood. Akshay Kumar will be reprising Vijay's role. Jagan Shakti, who directed Mission Mangal will be at the helm for this project.
This film will be bankrolled by Viacom18 pictures. It will hit the floors later this year.
