Nagarjuna revealed that Manmadhudu 2 is not the sequel of the original film, Manmadhudu which was a huge hit back then.
Nag said that Manmadhudu 2 is an official remake of a French film and they have acquired all the necessary rights for the remake.
The trailer of the film was released today and it has garnered a okayish response from the viewers. The film is releasing on August 9th.
