Vijay's aggressive promotions have struck a chord with movie-goers across South India. Now, Dear Comrade has hit the top gear in Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka as well.

It is really good to see a young actor promoting so very well when other star heroes rarely come out to promote their flicks, say movie analysts.

That said, the box office run of Dear Comrade ultimately depends upon its content.

The romantic entertainer is slated for release on July 26th. It was directed by debutante Bharat Kamma.
