A non-bailable arrest warrant has been issued against YSRCP Puthalapattu MLA MS Babu, say reports.
Reportedly, Babu is involved in a cheque bounce case and Ongole mobile court magistrate passed this judgment.
Going into the story, Babu paid an amount of Rs 19 lac(through 6 cheques) he took as a debt from a person named Thippareddy Mohan Reddy back in 2010. However, these cheques were rejected by the respective bank and a cheque bounce case was lodged against Babu.
Incidentally, Babu has not been attending court hearings and that is the reason why a non-bailable arrest warrant is issued against him.
