Chandrababu Naidu held a meeting with TDP Kapu leaders and told them not to hold caste based meetings anymore. Sounds ironic, isn't it? However, it’s a Chandrababu style. He held a meeting with Kapu leaders to talk about the reports of their intentions to join the BJP.
He allegedly told them not to hold meetings on caste basis. Sources state the meeting basically examined why the Kapus have cold-shouldered the TDP. He complained that he did a great deal for the community but they still betrayed him during the elections. However, the truth of the matter is that not only Kapus but every other community left him for reasons best known to him.
Be that as it may, some Kapu leaders have purportedly told him the harsh truth. They apparently told him about cold-hearted and harsh treatment of Mudragada Padmanabham by the police. They even pointed out that even Lokesh had mishandled Mudragada. This was vouched by Mudragada himself.
Strangely, all the Kapu leaders purportedly told Chandrababu that they would stay in the TDP till their last breath. Well! We have to sit back and watch if these Kapu leaders really remain with the TDP for long or not.
