It has been nearly more than a month YSRCP government has taken control over the AP state. On June 8th Jagan has formed his full-fledged cabinet of ministers. According to sources most of the ministers exempting a few have not much activity to be done in the party. All they have to do is just attend the party meetings officially called by Jagan Mohan Reddy.

They don't even seem to know the powers they possess and no one believes that they can hold review meetings officially, plan surprise visits and get details on their subjects. For now, it is being said that they are just following the orders from their boss. Those orders might be any like formation of sub-committee into the alleged illegal activities of TDP in previous government or being media issues over the discussions in three meetings conducted.

From the past governments, it was clearly learned that there was a practice of recommending government officials for posts under them till they remain in power. But under this new government, no such activity hasn’t been noticed. There is a different level of process for any kind of favor to happen at Ministerial level.

It is being said if any minister wants something such to be done, then they might have to send the applications through Jagan's advisor Ajeya Kallam. Some source from the party said, “If Kallam finds the request genuine, he will process it through the home department and from there to the Director General of Police. The minister cannot call up the district superintendent of police directly and ask for a transfer,”
