Janasena secured just one MLA seat in Andhra Pradesh elections and might miss out on state party status.

A politicial party should secure a minimum of 6% vote share and 2 MLA seats if it is to be considered as a state party.

Janasena managed to gather 6.7% vote share but the fact that it won just one MLA seat will play the spoil
