Naga Chaitanya and Samantha starrer Majili are one of the crazy projects in recent times. The movie has become a big blockbuster at the box-office. The movie opened to good openings and it has remained one of the highest grossers in Naga Chaitanya's career.
The movie's theatrical run has come to an end and the film ended up collecting a share of 34.60 Cr at the box-office.
Samantha stated that she felt quite nervous on the release day of Majili, "That day I had woke up at 3 am in the morning to check the result of the movie. Then I've prayed to god for nearly two hours and later started checking the reviews. After reading them, I can't stop myself crying for an hour."
