Taking suo motu cognisance of media reports on the large-scale discrepancies in the Intermediate exam results, the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) on Friday issued notice to Telangana government, seeking a detailed report on the bungling by the Board of Intermediate Education (BIE), which resulted in three lakh students being failed and suicide by 20 students.
